CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service is required to reserve an appointment for new clients. A confirmation request is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond. An additional reminder is 24 hours in advance to give you plenty of notice. Appointments CANCELED without rebooking with less than a 24-hournotice or no shows forfeit their deposit. Please ensure that text/email notifications under your Vagaro account remain enabled to receive these communications from the booking site on behalf of The Hair Lady.
